Facilities included:
Click on the Register link to fill the form for registration for accommodation. The form requires for you to fill in your personal and contact details and asks for a link on google drive to share a copy of your ID proof. In case, you’re having difficulties in uploading it on the Google drive, you can send the required pictures on marketing.esya@iiitd.ac.in with a subject ‘Accommodation: Copy of ID proof’.
The next step would be to make the required advance payment of Rs. 320 via NEFT. Following are the required details of the bank account to be transferred to -

After making the payment, you need to email the receipt for the same to marketing.esya@iiitd.ac.in with the subject ‘Accommodation Payment Receipt’. Please mention your Name and Contact Number as well.
The rest of the amount (i.e. Rs. 300 and a security deposit of Rs. 100) will be collected when you report at IIIT-Delhi campus.
Further details regarding venue and contact for reporting will be provided to you beforehand in the confirmation mail after the above mentioned steps have been completed.
The amount for security deposit will be returned to you at the time of checkout.
Code of Conduct
No more than the people approved beforehand will be accommodated in the hotel.
The applicants for accommodation must carry the hard copy of the confirmation mail, College IDs and a valid photo ID (Pancard/Driver’s License/Aadhaar Card/Passport ) of all members of the team and collect their Accommodation IDs.
The participants are advised to stay strictly for the same number of days for which they have paid. Any participant not abiding by this rule would be liable to strict action.
While checking - out of the hotel, the participants are required to produce the registration receipt provided to them at the time of registration to avail their security deposit.
Any kind of prohibited or restricted items like alcohol, drugs or explosives are not allowed inside the hotel and IIITD campus. Items deemed unsafe will be strictly prohibited and strict actions will be undertaken on being caught.
All Participants are required to abide by all rules of the hotel.
Decisions taken by the Esya team during any dispute will be final and binding.

What is the payment procedure?
The payment will be in 2 folds. Will accommodation be provided on-the-spot?
No. Participants must complete the registration procedure for accommodation and present a hard copy of the confirmation mail and ID proof to avail accommodation facilities from our side.
Where do I report to for availing the hotel accommodation?
Participants who have completed the registration process for accommodation will be receiving a confirmation email containing all necessary details.
What kind of accommodation is provided?
Accommodation will be provided in a hotel within a radius of 3 kms of IIIT-Delhi on a sharing basis. There will be 3 people sharing a room. Proper bedding and adequate space for luggage will be provided within the rooms for all.
Will all the team members be given accommodation at the same place?
We will try our best to accommodate all team members together, probably in rooms next to each other, if not in the same room.
Does the accommodation charges include food and travel facilities too?
Yes, the accommodation fee of Rs. 620 will cover the stay at hotel as well as the breakfast and transportation to and fro IIIT-Delhi campus from the hotel twice a day (Morning and Night). We would leave no stone unturned in providing you with the best of facilities at a reasonable price.
What about the hospital facility?
We have an on-campus clinic to cater to small injuries and a hospital near the hotel as well as IIIT - Delhi campus in case of emergency.
